Fantastic hotel, functional and stylish rooms. Great facilities and an above average breakfast with continental food options and omlettes, as for instance. Amazing location, right by Riverplace. Close enough to water front and riverside and eateries or even the bar.

The hotel was in a marvellous and comfortable location near restaurants and gardens to explore, nice area and the river and the park down the street. It also was in close proximity to a lovely outdoor restaurant.

We had a memorable New Year's trip with our family. The room we stayed in was cozy and clean, and it had a kitchen, which was a great convenience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the river, parks, and cafes nearby. The streetcar station just around the corner made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was professional and helpful, and the 24-hour snack bar was a bonus.
The breakfast options were limited and became repetitive after a few days. It would have been nicer to have more variety, especially considering the previous full buffet options that were available.

The location for Portland was great, very close to so many restaurants and shops along the waterfront, the river walk and both downtown Portland and East Portland. Downtown Portland district was definitely worth visiting.
